License and use
You are granted the right to create and use 1 user account, unless otherwise noted in a corporate agreement. You may not sell or transfer the use of the account. Competitors of SYNSEO may not register or access any service without prior written consent. The content and applications provided within the site are proprietary and no third party may attempt to duplicate, mirror, reverse engineer or otherwise use the site or applications contained within to build a competitive product or service. You as a customer are responsible for your data. SYSNEO makes every attempt to safeguard data, and deliver constant up time and availability of the application. From time to time it is necessary to limit access to the application for maintenance purposes. Whenever possible SYNSEO will provide at least 24 hours notice prior to a maintenance shut down. SYNSEO assumes no responsibility for your data or ultimate results from using the application. Support is provided via several different venues, and is intended to support the use of the application, and not the SEO or marketing aspects of your website. You as the customer are responsible for adhering to any local or national laws that may govern the use of this application. SYNSEO.com does not own any data or information that you provide as part of your account and on-going marketing effort. You have the sole responsibility for the accuracy of the data you input. SYNSEO is a subscription based application. We charge your monthly subscription prior to use. Failure to pay for service may result in immediate termination of your account.
